How Every Vestara Session Works

Every Vestara programme — regardless of format — is built around the same core method. Participants learn a folder structure designed for the types of records most commonly held by individuals in Malaysia: EPF statements, LHDN correspondence, property documents, insurance folders, identity and travel papers, and similar categories.

The naming conventions and index approach are kept consistent across formats so that materials from the group workshop and those from the long-form programme can sit in the same filing system.

Sessions are run as working meetings, not lectures. Participants work with sample documents in the workshop, or their own records in the companion and long-form sessions. The facilitator demonstrates the method, then supports participants in applying it directly.

All sessions are for information and organisational purposes only. Vestara does not offer opinions on pension entitlements, income projections, or financial planning of any kind.

Retirement Document Organisation Workshop

Retirement Document Organisation Workshop

A small-group workshop covering how to organise personal records, certificates, and account statements relevant to later life. The session walks participants through folder structures, naming conventions, and useful checklists they can reuse at home. Participants leave with a printed workbook and a simple filing index. The session is run as information and skills, not as professional advice on specific pension matters.

  • Small group setting — typically 4–8 participants
  • Printed workbook and filing index included
  • No personal documents required for this session
  • Approximately 3 hours with a short break

Records Review Companion Session

A guided companion session helping individuals lay out their existing records into a clearer set of folders. The companion walks through what is on hand, helps label and group documents, and shares notes on what categories typically exist for retirement-related paperwork. The session is informational and organisational, and does not include any specific opinions on pension entitlements or income matters.

  • One-on-one with a Vestara companion facilitator
  • You bring your own documents — all handled discreetly
  • Written session summary provided after
  • Approximately 2–3 hours depending on volume
