These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Vestara ("we", "our", "us") provides access to this website and its retirement document organisation programmes to visitors and participants ("you").

By using this website or registering for any Vestara programme, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or register for our services.

2. Nature of Our Services

Vestara provides educational workshops and organisational companion sessions relating to personal document management for individuals preparing for or approaching retirement. Our services are informational and administrative in nature.

Our services do not constitute:

• Professional financial advice, investment advice, or pension advice of any kind
• Legal advice or legal services
• Accounting or tax advisory services
• Any form of regulated advice under Malaysian financial services law

Nothing we share in a workshop, companion session, or programme should be relied upon as a professional opinion on your specific pension entitlements, financial position, or legal rights. For those matters, we encourage you to consult a qualified and registered professional.

3. Use of This Website

This website is provided for general information about Vestara and to allow you to enquire about or register for our programmes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not:

• Use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems

4. Programme Registration and Booking

When you register for a Vestara programme, you will receive a confirmation by email. Your registration is accepted only upon receipt of that confirmation. We reserve the right to decline a registration at our discretion.

Programme dates, times, and venues are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes. If a programme must be cancelled by Vestara, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid.

Participant responsibilities: You are responsible for attending at the agreed time and location, and for bringing any materials listed in your confirmation. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from missed sessions.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for each programme are as listed on this website at the time of booking. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any workbooks or printed materials described in the programme details.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of registration. We accept payment by bank transfer and by the methods specified in your confirmation.

Cancellation by participant: If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the programme: full refund of any amount paid
• Cancellation 7–14 days before the programme: 50% refund of any amount paid
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the programme: no refund, though we will try to accommodate a transfer to a later session where possible

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, and programme materials — is the property of Vestara or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Workbooks and printed materials provided during programmes are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt those materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You are welcome to share information about your experience with our programmes on personal social media or in personal communications, provided you do not misrepresent the nature or scope of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Vestara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your participation in our programmes.

Our total liability to you in connection with any programme shall not exceed the fee you paid for that programme.
